2. Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of amkainnovation.com, the Amka Innovation member area, Scheduler, Habit Garden and related services.

By creating an account, connecting a workspace or using a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Additional terms presented by a third-party provider, including Notion or Lemon Squeezy, may also apply to your use of that provider.

3. The Services

Amka Innovation provides digital organisation tools that connect to supported third-party workspace platforms through their official APIs.

Scheduler

Scheduler reads recurring-schedule rules and configured values from the locations you connect and generates corresponding entries in the destination database you select.

Habit Garden

Habit Garden reads configured habit information from the database you connect and produces a visual garden based on that data.

Available functionality may vary by plan, product version, connected platform and third-party API capabilities.

4. Account Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

The service is not intended for children under 15. Users aged 15 to 17 may create a Free account. A paid subscription must be purchased by, or with the authorisation of, a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Activities carried out through your account;
• Protecting access to your email address and connected workspace; and
• Informing Amka Innovation promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share an individual account in a manner that circumvents plan or usage restrictions.

5. Workspace Connections and Permissions

The services use official OAuth or equivalent authorisation processes where available.

You decide which pages, databases and other workspace locations to share. By connecting a workspace, you authorise Amka Innovation to read from and write to the locations and properties needed to perform the operations you configure.

You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and to process the information contained in the connected locations.

You can revoke access through your workspace provider's integration settings. Revoking access may prevent the service from operating.

6. Your Data and Workspace Content

You retain your rights in the information contained in your workspace and in the entries generated there.

Amka Innovation does not claim ownership of your tasks, schedules, habits, notes, databases or generated entries.

You grant Amka Innovation the limited permission necessary to access and process connected information for the purpose of providing, securing and troubleshooting the service.

Amka Innovation stores the account, connection, property-mapping and operational information described in the Privacy Policy. Ordinary workspace content processed during plugin operation is not retained in the Amka Innovation application database.

You are responsible for reviewing generated entries and maintaining any backups or version history you consider necessary.

7. Free and Plus Plans

Some services include a Free plan with limited functionality. Additional functionality may require a paid Plus subscription.

Current features, limits, billing intervals and prices are displayed on the relevant product and checkout pages. Features may differ between products.

Amka Innovation may update Free-plan limits or product functionality. Changes that materially affect an active paid subscription will be communicated within a reasonable period where required.

8. Purchases and Merchant of Record

Paid purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record.

This means that Lemon Squeezy:

• Processes the payment;
• Issues the applicable transaction documents;
• Calculates and collects applicable transaction taxes;
• Handles payment-related refunds and chargebacks; and
• Applies its buyer and payment terms to the transaction.

Amka Innovation receives confirmation and subscription information needed to provide the purchased access. Amka Innovation does not receive or store your complete card or banking details.

The price, billing interval, applicable taxes and total amount are displayed before purchase.

9. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal.

You may cancel through the member area or the subscription-management interface made available for your purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Plus access remains available until then.

Deleting the Amka Innovation account is not a substitute for cancelling an active subscription. Cancel the subscription first unless the account-deletion process expressly confirms that cancellation is included.

10. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

Payment-related refund requests are processed under Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and procedures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a mandatory consumer right, including a right of withdrawal or statutory remedy that applies under French or European law.

Where you request immediate provision of a digital service and applicable law requires acknowledgement concerning the effect on a withdrawal right, the relevant information and choice may be presented during checkout.

11. Price Changes

Amka Innovation may change prices for future purchases and renewals.

If a price change affects the next renewal of an existing subscription, reasonable notice will be provided where required. The new price will not apply before the end of the billing period already paid.

You may cancel before the renewal if you do not accept the new price.

12. Third-Party Platforms

The services depend on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Notion, Hostinger, Supabase and Lemon Squeezy.

Amka Innovation is not responsible for an outage, API change, permission change, rate limit, data-format change or other restriction imposed by a third-party platform. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility, but uninterrupted integration cannot be guaranteed.

Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

13. Acceptable Use

You must use the services lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account, workspace or system;
• Circumvent subscription, feature or generation limits;
• Use automated means to overload, scrape or interfere with the service;
• Introduce malware or harmful code;
• Use the service to violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• Reverse-engineer or exploit non-public parts of the service except where a mandatory law expressly permits it; or
• Use the service in a way that could damage its security, availability or integrity.

14. Intellectual Property

Amka Innovation and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including its code, interfaces, branding, documentation, designs and original materials.

These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account and applicable entitlement remain active.

No ownership in Amka Innovation intellectual property is transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense or distribute the service or its non-public components without written permission, except where mandatory law allows otherwise.

15. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, Amka Innovation may use them to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your workspace content or confidential information.

16. Availability and Changes

Amka Innovation aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages and technical changes may temporarily affect access.

We may modify, replace or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical compatibility or product development. Where a change materially reduces an active paid service, we will provide reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy where required by law.

17. Generated Results

Generated entries depend on:

• The rules and values you configure;
• The structure and permissions of the connected workspace;
• Third-party API behaviour; and
• The selected date range and plan limits.

You are responsible for reviewing important generated results before relying on them. Amka Innovation does not guarantee that a user configuration will produce a particular organisational, business, financial, health or productivity outcome.

18. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account through the available account controls.

Amka Innovation may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect the service or another user;
• Investigate suspected fraud, abuse or unauthorised access;
• Comply with law or a binding request;
• Address non-payment; or
• Respond to a material violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to prevent harm, address a security threat or comply with law.

Termination does not remove tasks, habits, schedules or other entries already stored in your workspace.

19. Privacy

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

20. Disclaimer

The services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Except for warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, the services are otherwise provided on an “as available” basis.

Amka Innovation does not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available without interruption;
• Every third-party integration will remain compatible indefinitely;
• Every user configuration will be error-free; or
• The service will satisfy a purpose that has not been expressly agreed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory guarantee or consumer right that applies to you.

21. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable.

Subject to mandatory law, Amka Innovation is not responsible for:

• Loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete user configuration;
• Unauthorised changes made within your workspace;
• A third-party platform outage or restriction;
• Loss of data that remains under your or a third party's control;
• Indirect or unforeseeable loss; or
• Business loss suffered by a consumer using the service for a purpose outside its intended personal use.

Any limitation will be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, providers, pricing or law.

Material changes may be communicated through the website, member area or your registered email address. Changes will not retroactively alter a billing period already paid unless required by law or expressly accepted by you.

If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service and cancel an affected subscription before its next renewal.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes a right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
